Hey there! I’m Ms. Maul, dedicated educator of 5 years with a passion for early literacy education! I have extensive training in teaching young children how to read and would love to help yours!
K - 2nd grade are the most crucial years of a child’s literacy education. My goal is to equip every student who crosses my path with a strong foundational base so that they don’t struggle in the upper grades!

This is the year I taught 2nd grade. The labels on the left BOY, MOY, and EOY stand for Beginning of year, Middle of year, and End of Year. As you can see, at the beginning of the year 41% of students were in the red, or far below grade level. By the end of year (EOY) I was able to get 65% of my students reading above grade level and 10% reading right on grade level!
